Ingredients
- 1 green apple
- 2 kiwi fruit (peeled)
- Two good handfuls of Kale (stemmed)
- The Juice of a lemon
- Chilled Water or coconut Water.
Method
Put all the ingredients into your smoothie maker and whizz! Serve straight away and enjoy!
