Positive Pants Bingo is BACK!

It’s week three of Ready. Set. Summer—and we’re shaking things up with something special. You asked, and we’ve delivered. Positive Pants Bingo is back… and it’s better than ever. 

We’ve taken your favourite bingo squares and sprinkled in some new challenges to keep things fresh, fun, and full of feel-good energy. This week is all about doing more of what makes you feel amazing—and giving your brain a boost while you’re at it.

Your mission?

Simple. Complete as many squares as you can on your bingo card. Tick them off, celebrate them, and share them with the group.

You’ll find a brilliant mix of:

  • Foodie fun (think: mindful eating, trying something new, or prepping a colourful meal)

  • Self-care treats (bubble baths, books, quiet moments—yes please!)

  • Positivity boosters (complimenting yourself, cheering on a fellow podder)

  • Mini movement challenges (nothing drastic, just gentle nudges to get your body moving)

This isn’t a competition. It’s a celebration.

Every square you complete is another nudge to your brain that this is your new normal. It’s how habits are formed—through joy, repetition, and a good dose of playfulness.

Bonus challenge

Whenever you tick off a square, snap a pic or post a little win in the group. We love seeing what you’re getting up to, and your share might be just the thing that inspires someone else to try something new.

Let’s keep lifting each other up and filling the week with wins—big or small.
