Unleash Your Summer Spark: Join the Slimpod Club Summer Challenge!

There’s something about this time of year—the warm air, the longer days—that whispers possibility. And just when the world starts to shout about “beach body readiness,” we’re doing something a little different in Slimpod Club. Something far more powerful. This summer, we’re inviting you to step into confidence, boost your motivation, and feel fantastic in your skin—not by shrinking to fit someone else’s idea of enough, but by showing up for yourself.

We’re kicking off the end of May with a vibrant, uplifting, energising Summer Challenge—and it’s happening within our private group on FB but you can also get involved via my blog if you’re not part of the group. Nobody is excluded!  This isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about connection. Momentum. And getting into those smaller summer clothes because you feel like it—not because you think you should.

Here’s what we’ve got planned—and why you don’t want to miss it.

Week 1: Intention Setting—Your Goals, Your Way

We’re starting with clarity. You’ll choose three mini goals—totally unique to you. Think: drinking more water, getting an extra thousand steps a day, adding in protein to every meal,  cutting back a little on UPFs (ultra-processed foods). The key is not how big the goals are—it’s that they’re yours. These are your stepping stones, not someone else’s finish line.

You’ll share your goals in the group, and we’ll cheer each other on. Because when you declare your intention out loud? You’re already 65% more likely to succeed. Check in weekly, and that jumps to 95%.

Week 2: Move Your Way

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Whether it’s hitting 15,000 steps, dancing around the kitchen, squatting when you brush your teeth or parking a little further away from the shops, this week is all about celebrating movement that feels good. No shame. No shoulds. Just joy.

You get to decide what challenge looks like for you—and every single win counts.

Week 3: Positive Pants Bingo Returns!

Back by popular demand—our legendary Positive Pants Bingo is here to add some sparkle. It’s fun, it’s surprising, and it’s deeply affirming. Can you get a full house? More importantly, can you start spotting the positive in your everyday?

Spoiler alert: You already are. Now it’s time to see it in writing.

Week 4: How Far Can You Go?

Walk. Swim. Cycle. Stroll through the woods. However you move, this is the week to celebrate how far you’ve come and the exciting journey ahead. It’s not just about miles—it’s about mindset. Each step is a testament to the effort you’ve put in, and the freedom you’re reclaiming.

We’ll be sharing beautiful photos from the outdoors too, so we can fill our minds and feeds with something nourishing.

Here’s What Makes This Challenge Special

This isn’t a diet. It’s not a short-lived detox or another list of rules. It’s a celebration of your progress and a powerful reminder: You are already enough.

If you’ve ever been afraid of summer because of how you think you look, please know: you’re not alone. And this challenge isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about seeing how amazing you already are.

    1. Even though this is early days for me my favourite thing about myself at the moment is….
      I’m actually starting to make time for me during my busy days of working, looking after my beautiful
      grandchildren and helping look after my elderly parents throughout my week. I feel this is something that I lost for myself along the way but I’m starting to get back.

  6. I think this is a great idea and has, just the right time for me. I return from my holiday on the 23rd of May and will be ready to start on the 26th! Bring it on.

    I am really pleased with myself as I have lost 3st in readiness to go on my hols and I did it through Slimpod. I still can’t quite believe it but I’m chuffed!

    in NZ we are heading into winter so
    something like this is great to attack the winter blues positively. I am in – boots and all.
    Slimpod is one of the best things that’s happened for me and my health.

  8. I’m enjoying the quiet knowledge that I’m taking back control. Still a work in progress but I feel so positive that I’ll succeed. The Sugarpod has been a learning curve, I listen to it a lot and it’s made me much better at navigating my sugar intake. It’s not about the sugar binges, which were my life before Slimpod, because those can be stopped but it’s being aware of the presence of sugar in so many foods that has really helped me.

  9. My favourite thing about myself right now is the fact that since I have retired I have engaged enthusiastically with activities at local leisure centre. I play pickleball, walking netball, tai chi, yoga, aquarobics most weeks. I have also joined Rock Choir so very happy with retirement so far! This wouldn’t have happened without the help of Slimpod I’m sure.

  13. In Australia we’re heading into winter and the cold weather. It can be harder to find the motivation to get outside and move but this might be just the thing to get me motivated.

  14. In having started Slimpod I have only just found time to read through the supportive emails and see this summer challenge. it’s highlighted more to me that I need to think of ME. To give myself time and be kind to myself. I spend so much time thinking and helping others- which I care about doing, – but I need to include myself in that. Put the same energy into Project Angela !
    I watched the mapping video yesterday, so there’s a good starter.
