Well Done Michelle! What an achievement! I’m just in my third week of Slimpod and have kept off the scales! It’s a whole new world. I can’t say I’m wonderful yet but certainly the guilt of having a mouthful of something I shouldn’t have had has gone. Such an inspirational story. I’ve been on the Slimpod programme for quite a while. I’ve gone down a dress size comfortably and can go into the next size but don’t yet as although I know I’ve dropped weight I haven’t been on the scales for ages. I feel so much better about myself. I don’t restrict any food….definitely no diet head anymore. The weight is coming off very very slowly but the main point is that it is 👏 I’m still listening to Trevor every day. I’m so thankful to be out of the diet cycle. Thanks Slimpod.
