Early morning on countryside, San Quirico d´Orcia, Tuscany, Italy

WE just completed our Slimpod Club six week Boot Camp and I thought I’d share some of the inspiration that came from the people who were there until the end of those six weeks!

It’s amazing what can be achieved when you do something consistently (however small that ‘thing’ is) and yet this is the one thing that so many people struggle with. Why is this?

Because making a conscious effort to change your eating habits and consistently choose healthy food requires a lot of effort! This is why 95% of people can’t sustain a diet long term – it gets too hard!

We all have our daily routines and we all have to eat. Food is everywhere, temptation is everywhere and this weakens willpower if you are consciously trying to focus on restricting food and snacks or just generally ‘be good’.

However, it doesn’t have to be like that! Here are comments from just a few of the Slimpodders who are very happy at the end of the Boot Camp – mainly because they finished the six weeks and of course it’s so much easier to change your habits with a Slimpod than it is to be on a diet.

If you can enjoy eating healthily and moving a bit more week after week, that is the secret of happiness, self confidence and weight loss that lasts!
