Our Declutter Your Life Challenge is about more than just tidying cupboards or organising drawers (although that feels amazing too!). This is about creating more space, and organisation in your everyday life.
Research shows that our environment can have a huge influence on how we feel and behave. When our surroundings feel chaotic, it contributes to feelings of stress and overwhelm.
Focusing on decluttering even one small area of your life can really help to create a sense of control. That doesn’t just apply to your home or physical space, it also applies to your mind.

The Power of Community
One of the biggest reasons people love being part of Slimpod is the support.
