WEEK FOUR: READY. SET. SUMMER.

From the UK to Australia – Let’s Cross the World Together!

We’ve stretched, stepped, danced and bingo’d our way through this summer challenge. And now, here we are—Week Four. The final week.

So let’s finish strong. Not with pressure. Not with perfection. But with a sense of fun, community, and movement that reminds us just how powerful we are when we come together.

This week’s challenge?
Complete the Distance: UK to Australia.

It’s a bold goal—and that’s exactly why we love it. We’re setting out (virtually) to cover the distance from the UK all the way to our wonderful Slimpodders in Australia. That’s roughly 10,500 miles. And we’re going to do it together.

You can add to the distance in any way that works for you:

  • Walk around the block

     

  • Cycle to work

     

  • Swim a few laps

     

  • Do laps in the garden if you need to!

     

Every bit counts. Whether it’s 0.5 miles or 5. This isn’t about how far you go—it’s about how far we can go when we move as one.

How it works:

Each day, add your distance to the daily post in the group. We’ll keep a running total and track our progress across the globe. Think of it as the ultimate summer team challenge—no passport required.

It’s about connection, motivation, and movement that lifts you up rather than wears you out. And if this is your first time joining in, there’s no better moment to start.

Let’s finish this summer with purpose.
Let’s move our way from one side of the world to the other.
