Podder of the Month: Della!

It is time to announce Podder of the month… this month, we’re celebrating Della!

When she started Slimpod, Della was 13.3 stone and wearing a size 18. 

She had a clear deadline; her nephew was getting married in New York in June, and she wanted to feel comfortable and confident on the day.

“My goal was to lose four stone for my nephew’s wedding in June.”

By the time she flew out for the wedding, she was already down to 10st 5lb.

“I bought a fancy new dress in size 12 that I felt brilliant in.”

And then she kept going!

Maintaining the weight!

Three months after the wedding, Della reached her full goal of four stone lost.

“Almost exactly a year on, I’ve kept my weight to 9 st 13 or 10 st since then.”

And now she has been featured in the Sunday Express and Bella magazine!

What changed for Della day to day

Della’s progress has been built on steady, repeatable actions.

“I listen to Trevor every night without fail,” she says. “I’m still writing daily wins or gratitude.”

Those two habits matter. Daily listening keeps the programme working in the background, and writing wins helps you notice change as it happens.

Movement became part of her routine too.

“I continue to exercise every day and listen to the Iekly videos.”

Change is built through consistency, not perfection, and your version of consistency is allowed to start small.

“Better inside and out”

Della sums up the biggest shift simply:

“I’m feeling so much better inside and out.”

That’s what I love to hear, because weight loss feels different when it comes with self-trust.
