Our policy on privacy is set out separately on the site but forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. All prices quoted in our store include tax at the prevailing rate.
We promise that we have used all reasonable care and skill in providing the products you order from us and the services you receive. Our voice recordings have been scripted and prepared by fully-qualified cognitive hypnotherapists.
Despite what you may read on some websites, it is not possible for any specialist to guarantee 100 per cent success on achieving any goal, whether weight-related or not, without the full commitment, belief and dedication of the client and even then it may not work for everyone.

Goal-setting is a vital part of the Slimpod technique and you will only achieve the most successful weight-loss results if you set goals, preferably on a goal map, and keep a daily success log.
Any decisions you make once you have received any of our products are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take. The information contained on this website and in our publications and on social media is not a substitute for proper medical advice and if you are in any doubt you should consult your doctor or licensed medical practitioner before using any of our products. If you were suffering from clinical depression or any psychiatric condition when you bought one of our products then the money back guarantee will be invalid. Our site has an SSL security certificate, which is your guarantee that your financial details are as safe as we can make them. We do not store your credit or debit card details. We have a Trustwave DCI compliance certificate to show that our data systems are secure.
The monthly subscription product Slimpod Extra is charged on a 28-day recurring cycle. Once your subscription is cancelled, you no longer have access to the Extra coaching archive. Products and coaching connected to the Gold programme are yours for life.
Our blog and the Slimpod Club and Slimpod Extra Facebook pages are moderated to ensure that content posted there is appropriate and meets the published guidelines. Any content deemed unsuitable or in breach of our guidelines will be removed at our sole discretion.
